Continuous Water Cycle does not necessarily be active everywhere present in the Earth. Few countries located in several continents suffer from scarcity of water which is the absence or lack of water due to the only main reason that which is absence of rainwater and the continuous exposure to the extremely dry climate (both are factors that affect the absence of water). It is also due to the water pollution some say as the water is polluted and the surface is exposed to the toxic substances capable of destroy marine life and the water itself by increasing the rate of the impurities. Also because of water wastage (main cause is humans ourselves) and also due to the old and unstable technology to conserve or modify impure water. Main point is that the water that is present in the Earth is used for various activities and take note that there is over a billion of people living and each day they use it and consume. Water is not going to last forever (it has been already quite a lot of years).
