Since the focal length of the lens is less

  • Thus it would be difficult for us to obtain clear images .
  • The images would be diminished if placed before the point of 2F1 and the range of O to 2F1 is reduced , so many diminished images will be obtained.

It becomes difficult to see the clear images when the focal length is less.

Explanation:

  • Since the focal length of both concave and convex lens is less, therefore, we can say that
  • It would be difficult for us to obtain clear images.
  • We will not be able to see the image or the image will be completely diminished if placed before the focal point of 2F1 and it will reduce the range from O to 2F1.
  • In this way, so many diminished images will be obtained.
