If coordinates of 4 points are given, then how to prove that the quadrilateral formed by joining the points is a rhombus?

Firstly,find out all the sides by the distance formula then check whether all sides ​are equal or not.The sides must be equal to show that it is a rhombus. Secondly,find out the diagonals,if the diagonals are not equal ,then it's a rhombus.
