cos 9 alfa =  sin alfa,  hence

sin ( 90 - 9 alfa) = sin alfa,  so  90 - 9 alfa = alfa  or  10 alfa = 90

alfa = 9 degree,  tan 5 alfa = tan 45 =  1

Answer =  1

Answer:

The value of tan 5 α is 1.

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1:

Given data

cos⁡9α=  sin⁡α,

To Find:

Need to find tan⁡5α=?

Step 2:

cos⁡9α Can be written as sin⁡〖(90-9α)〗

Step 3:

Substitute in step 1

So, given data can be written as

sin⁡[90-9α]  = sin⁡α,

LHS and RHS sin get cancelled and the expression will be as

So 90 - 9 α = α (Bring - 9 α to RHS and sign get changed and we get  10α

10α = 90

α = 90÷10

α = 9

Step 3:

α = 9 degree,

tan 5 α = tan 45 =  1
