This question we can solve by triangle method.

cos B = √3/2 means
Base = √3 and hypotenuse = 2 then
will be = 2^2 - √3^2 = 1
SinB will be height/hypotenuse = 1/2

So 3*(1/2) - 4*(1/2)^2 =1/2 answer

Answer =1/2 or 0.5
