If cos theta 4.5 then value of tan theta + sec theta

The question is wrong.Because.....

if cos theta=4.5=45/10=adjacent/hypotenuse

in a triangle hypotenuse is longest side but here adjacent side is greater than hypotenuse....

So the value does not occur.
