let opp=a

hyp square= adj square+opp square

13 square= 12 square + a square

a square= 169-144

a square= 25

a= 5

cot theta= adj/opp= 12/5

cosec theta= hyp/opp= 13/5

cot+cosec theta= 12/5+13/5= (12+13)/5=25/5=5

answer = 5
