Cos x + Sec x = 2

Cos x + 1/Cos x = 2 (since Cos is reciprocal of Sec)

Cos^2 x - 2 Cos x + 1 = 0

Cos x = 1

where x = 0

Now Cos^n 0 + Sin^n 0 = 1 + 1 = 2

Answer: Option C ....... 2
