hey friend here is your ans :--
since, cos A = 2/5 .
and then , 4 ( 1 + tan ^2 A ) = 4 Sec^2 A
4 sec^A = 4 / cos ^2 A .
4 / cos ^ 2 A= 4 × ( 5/2)^2
= 4 × 25 /4 .
= 25.
hence , 4 + 4 tan^2 A = 25.
I hope this ans would help a lot.

Here
CosA=2/5
4+4tan^2A
4(1+tan^2A)
4×sec^2A
4×5/2
2×5=10
CosA=2/5
4+4tan^2A
4(1+tan^2A)
4×sec^2A
4×5/2
2×5=10
