cosecA + cotA = p ----( 1 )
cosecA - cotA = q ----( 2 )
pq = (cosecA + cotA) (cosecA - cotA )
= cosec² A - cot² A
= 1
Therefore ,
pq = 1

pq = (cosecA+cotA)(cosecA-cotA) (a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2
= cosec^2A-cot^2A (trigonometric identity)
= 1
= cosec^2A-cot^2A (trigonometric identity)
= 1
