Here's the Solution :

cosecA = sec(A-10°)

=> sec(90°-A) = sec(A - 10°)

=> 90° - A = A - 10°

=> 90°+10° = A+A

=> 2A = 100°

=>A = 50°

Thus the value of A = 50°
