cosx=2cosy-1/2-cosy

applying compound and dividend

1+cosx/1-cosx=2cosy-1+2-cosy/2-cosy-2cosy+1

2cos^2x/2/2sin^2x/2=1+cosy/3(1-cosy)

tan^2x/2=3tan^2y/2

tanx/2×coty/2=√3 (ANS)
