Power will change by 43.75 %

Explanation:

Let initially the current flowing in the bulb is i

So power will be given as P=i^2R

Now current is given by 25 %

So new current i_{new}=i-0.25i=0.75i

So new power will be given as P_{new}=0.75i^2R=0.5625i^2R

change in power =i^2R-0.5625i^2R=0.4375i^2R

So percentage change in power =\frac{0.4375i^2R}{i^2R}=0.4375=43.75 %

So power will change by 43.75 %
