So through pythagoras theorem,

OA² + OB² = AB².

AB = Root over [15² + 8²]

AB = Root over [225 + 64]

AB = Root over (289)

AB = 17

So, Length of each side of rhombus is 17cm

Perimeter = 17 × 4 = 68cm
