11 is the required number
let \:  \: the \:  \: number \:  \: be \:  \: x. \\  \frac{3}{7} x -  \frac{2}{7} x = 44 \\  =  >  \frac{x}{7}  = 44 \\  =  > x = 44 \times 7 \\  =  > x = 308 \\ sum \:  \: of \:  \: the \:  \: digits \:  \: of \:  \: the \\ number = 3 + 0 + 8 \\  = 11 \\ hence \:   \: the \:  \: required \:  \: number  \\ is \: 11.
