if due to more acid we get acidity can we get any problems if our stomach get to basic?

yes..we do..

Food can not be digested easily..
the process of digestion of food becomes coarse and complex as the protein digesting enzyme, pepsin, secreted by stomach, can only act in an acidic medium..so protein digestion does not take place in stomach..

even later when food reaches the small intestine, liver secretes bile juice which turns the food from stomach into more alkaline..
