let the edge of cube be x
so it's volume =x³
it's surface area = 6x²
Now
edge =2x
so it's volume = 8x³
it's surface area = 12x²
previous volume = x³
new volume = 12x³
so volume increased by 12 times
previous surface area = 6x²
new surface area = 24x²
so surface area increased by 4 times..
so it's volume =x³
it's surface area = 6x²
Now
edge =2x
so it's volume = 8x³
it's surface area = 12x²
previous volume = x³
new volume = 12x³
so volume increased by 12 times
previous surface area = 6x²
new surface area = 24x²
so surface area increased by 4 times..
