ANSWER :

Let the side of original cube be 'a'

Volume of original cube = a^3....(1)

Increasing each side by 100% means that each side is doubled.

Therefore, side of new cube = 2a

Volume of new cube = (2a)^3

Volume of new cube = 8a^3 .......(2)

Increase in volume = (2) - (1)

=> Increase in volume = 8a^3 - a^3

=> Increase in volume = 7a^3

Increase % = Increase/Original*100

=> Increase % = 7a^3/a^3 * 100

=> Increase % = 700

Therefore, the volume of new cube increases by 700 %
