t increased by 10%means10/100=1/10
area =side sq
 \sqrt[]{area \: }  = side
if side is increase by 10/100
so area will be increased by
 \sqrt[?]{area =  \:  \ \:  \: 1 0\  \div \:100 div  }
area will incresed root by 10/100

one \: side \: of \: the \: smaller \: square = x  \\ one \: side \: of \: the \: larger \: square \\  =  \frac{x \times 110}{100}

perimeter \: of \: smaller = 4x \\ perimeter \: of \: larger = 4 \times  \frac{11x}{10}  =  \frac{44x}{10}

increase =  \frac{44x}{10}  - 4x =  \frac{4}{10} x \\ percentage =  \frac{4x \times 100}{10 \times 4x}  = 10 \: percentage
