If earth attracts an apple. Does the apple also attract the earth? If so, why does the earth not move towards the apple?

because earth has gravitational force so it attracts apple.no,apple can not have gravitational force

Apple also attracts the earth but due to earth size(as heavier objects are pushed slowly with the same force of the push to the lighter object which moves faster with the same force). The apple falls towards the earth before the earth get attracted by the apple.
