If electricity can pass through electrical wire , then why it's can't see?

it does not matter that electricity flow through the wire it is medium
we know that the defination of current is
flow of charge ,it could electric current or conventional [-tive to +tive ]vice versa
as atom are the smallest particle we cannot see atoms by naked eyes
as electron is sub particle how could we see it
