If energy cannot be created and cannot be destroyed then from where does it come??

Energy had been there in the universe since infity. There is no such evident history of the birth of energy. Infact all this transformation that u r seeing in this world is because of energy in one form or other. You just can't imagine where it all came from. You can just give probabal answers but there is not a fact discovered yet.

Due to law of conservation of energy we know that energy neither be created nor destroyed it changes from one form to another.and we also know energy is gained due to motion,temperature,height(position).
