if eno has ph value 6 .so how it neutralised the acidity . please give answer

eno has magnesium hydroxide, which is an antacid . hence the acidity is neutralised.

we know that eno contain NaOh and sodium carbonate and critic acid which is 40%

Then first two are bases and acidic Ph of eno due to critic acid so Nacl and sodium carbonate is directly nutrilised the acid in stomach
