If every person have same brain size,equal amount of neuron. Why do some have higher memory power,better IQ?

Those people have a higher mass of gray and white matter in certain parts of the brain...
Part of it is also inborn and genetic.

hi friend,
if two people are having same brain size and equal amount of neurons but their IQ Is different or we can say that one's IQ is better than other. the answer is quite simple people are having complicated brain which works for different tasks
when one person starts to engage himself/herself in the high level of complications and is successful in solving it the brain cells or neurons get modified so there is gradual increase in the IQ is person.
