I don't really think this world would be a better place if everyone spoke their mind. We only have a few people around us whose opinion really matters.

If everyone started giving opinions, people would become more busy arguing rather than looking at the real prospects of life.

And also many times, we have to compromise and let go of our opinions because we have more important concerns like feelings of one another.

Not everyone has genius genuine mind. People are full of negativity and if we started listening to them, it would make our lives miserable.

Yes

  • It would great if we spoke our opinions, but the point is to be thoughtful and accountable with our words.
  • It's crucial for your own benefit to express yourself. It is crucial to the growth of your own thought. And it's a crucial component of having intellectual independence and bravery. Such independence, according to Joshi, is an essential component of a life well-lived.
  • Truly, there are instances when keeping quiet is preferable to speaking up. You must occasionally raise your voice in order to denounce injustice and defend what is right. Sometimes it's best to keep quiet.
  • There are situations where remaining silent is actually preferable to speaking up. You must periodically use your voice to speak out against wrongdoing and defend the morally upright. On occasion, it's wise to remain silent.
