If everything in the universe – including atoms and particles stop moving, does time stop? Or does time continue even if everything is frozen?

Everything is measured relative to something else. So even if everything was frozen because objects exist, the space time continuum will continue to increase, the universe will probably still continue to expand. ... The only way time stops, is if existence stops and ceases to exist..

Hope you are satisfied..

Answer:

IT DEPENDS ON HOW THE PARTICLES STOP.

Explanation:

IF IT STOPS BECAUSE OF TIME STOPS. EVERYTHING WILL NOT FREEZE BECAUSE IT IS NOT TIME WHICH CONTROLS US. AND AS A MATTER OF FACT IN SCIENCE FICTION IT MAY

AND IF EVERYTHING STOPS EVENTUALLY IT MAY NOT CAUSE TIME FREEZE BECAUSE TIME IS NOT CREATED BY US. IF WE STOP WE MIGHT EVEN KNOW IF TIME FREEZE AND IF IT GOES ON WE MIGHT JUST KNOW.

AND AS YOU SAID IF EVERY ATOMS STOP MOVING OUR CLOCKS WILL TOO AND IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD, SO ONLY GOD WILL KNOW IF EVERYTHING STOPPED
