If f=3x^2 , if the relative error in x is 5 what will be the relative error in f ?

f = 3x^2
As per the rule for combinations of error for exponents
Δf/f = 2 * Δx/x
Δf/f = 2 * 5 = 10

Relative error in f = Δf/f = 10
