If f (x) = x² + x.

Putting  x= 1 and x = 0.
We get.....
f (0) = 0+0 = 0.
f (2) = 2² + 2 = 4+2 = 6.

f(x) = x^2+x
So, f(0) = 0^2 + 0 = 0 + 0 = 0
So, f(2) = 2^2 + 2 = 4 + 2 = 6

So, f(0) + f(2) = 0 + 6 = 6
