f(x) = x {}^{2} - 5x + 7 \\ f(2) = 2 {}^{2}  - 5 \times 2 + 7 \\  = 4 - 10 + 7 \\  = 1
f( - 1) = ( - 1) {}^{2}  - 5 \times  - 1 + 7 \\  = 1 + 5 + 7 \\  = 13
f( \frac{1}{3} ) = ( \frac{1}{3} ) {}^{2}  - 5 \times  \frac{1}{3} + 7 \\  =  \frac{1}{9} -  \frac{5}{3} + 7 \\  =  \frac{1 - 15 + 63}{9}  \\  =  \frac{49}{9}
f(2) - f( -1 ) +  f( \frac{1}{3} ) \\  = 1 - 13 +  \frac{49}{9}  \\  =  \frac{9 - 117 + 49}{9}  \\  =  \frac{ - 59}{9}
