If five resistances are connected in series and all are of 0.2 ohm then their resistances would be added.
So the ans would be,
0.2+0.2+0.2+0.2+0.2=1 ohm
the resultant resistance would be 1 ohm.

EXPLANATION:

If there are five resistances which are connected in series  

Therefore, R1 = 0.2 ohm  

                  R2 = 0.2 ohm

                  R3 = 0.2 ohm

                  R4 = 0.2 ohm

                  R5 = 0.2 ohm

If the following resistances are connected in series connection then Req or Equivalent Resistance would be

R eq = R1 + R2 + R3 + R4 + R5  

= 0.2 + 0.2 + 0.2 + 0.2 + 0.2

Req = 1 ohm

Resistance of a wire is  basically obstructing the flow of the current through it. The more the resistance the less is the flow of the current through the wire.
