If G.M.T at 0 degree longitude is 12noon find the local time of place A that is 30degree east​

On Earth, each degree of longitude change accounts for four minutes. So, for 30 degrees, shift in time will be 30*4 = 120 minutes or 2 hours . For East direction, time is ahead of GMT. Therefore, local time of the given place is 2 pm.
