if gravity pulls everything down then why clouds doesnt come on ground instead they float in sky????

The cloud itself is lighter than the air it occupies, so it is buoyant. Although, in a sense clouds do fall. It's called rain.
The downward gravitational force on the cloud droplets is balanced by the upward force by rising air from below.

Hey mate here is the answer:
Clouds generally form, survive and grow in air that is moving upward. Rising air expands as the pressure on it decreases, and that expansion into thinner, high-altitude air causes cooling. Enough cooling eventually makes water vapor condense, which contributes to the survival and growth of the clouds.
