Using Trigonometry,
tan  \alpha  = P/B \\ <br />=&gt;B = P/tan60° \\ <br />=&gt;B = 3/ \sqrt{3}  \\ <br />=&gt;B =  \sqrt{3}cm.


Volume
 =  \frac{1}{3}\pi {r}^{2}h \\  =  \frac{1}{3} \times  \frac{22}{7} \times  \sqrt{3} \times  \sqrt{3} \times 3 \\  =  \frac{66}{7} \\  = 9.33 {cm}^{3}.
