Using Trigonometry,
$tan \alpha = P/B \\ =>B = P/tan60° \\ =>B = 3/ \sqrt{3} \\ =>B = \sqrt{3}cm.$


Volume
$= \frac{1}{3}\pi {r}^{2}h \\ = \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times \sqrt{3} \times \sqrt{3} \times 3 \\ = \frac{66}{7} \\ = 9.33 {cm}^{3}.$
