LCM of 6 and a is 60

And,

HCF of 6 and a is 2

The value of a Can't be 10 Because LCM of 6 and 10 is 30

So, Lets Take the value of a as 20.

∵ 60 × 2 = 6a

120 = 6a

120/6 = a

∴ Value of a = 20

∴ LCM of 6 and 20 is 60

and HCF of 6 and 20 is 2.

Hope it Helps,
