Now,

Perimeter =2(lenght+breadth)

110=2(x+x+27)

110/2 =2x+27

55=2x+27

55-27=2x

28=2x

28/2 =x

14=x

Now, breadth =14m and length =14+27=41m

Area of rectangle =lenght * breadth

Here, area of rectangle =14*41

Area of rectangle =574m²
