volume of the cylinder is given by
pi*r^2*h
but 2r = h
the volume becomes
pi*2*r^3=58212
r= 21

c.s.a. = 2*pi*r*h= 2*3.14*21*2*21=5541.769
t.s.a. = c.s.a.+2*pi*r^2 = 5541.769+2*3.14*21^2 = 8312.65
