if humans cant hear sounds of less than 20 hz or less than 20 vibrations per second then how can we hear the sound of a vibrating rubber band when we pluck it....it also produces sound bt i think number of oscillations per second are less than 20

plz tell me the answer to my query with a valid explanation,i am in 8 class​
