In a right angled triangle,

 {l}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  \\  =  >  {l}^{2}  +  {6}^{2}  =  {6.5}^{2}  \\  =  >  {l}^{2}  + 36 = 42.25 \\  =  >  {l}^{2}  = 42.25 - 36 \\  =  >  {l}^{2}  = 6.25 \\  =  > l =  \sqrt{6.25}  \\  =  > l = 2.5 \: cm

Thus, the height is 2.5 cm.
