I have been in karnataka for atleast around 25years and in bangalore for around 11 years. I have been visiting bangalore during my childhood too often. Trees were everywhere weather was alot more awesome.. no theft.. people have always been so good… it was a paradise for me no less than any foreign city. Schools, colleges awesome. Bangalore was never meant for such inflow and it bleeds now. Soon might catch up delhi interms of pollution. Huge population as well.
I will not allow anymore trees to be cut or lakes converted to dry land to build apartments.
Will expand bangalore further if possible and build better infrastructure.
Enhance IT in places like mysore.
Make more smarter cities in karnataka so that IT can be distributed. Tumkur, kolar, belgaum, Mangalore there are many such places.
Even inflow of people also to be well planned not stupidly overloading. This is the most difficult part.
Plant more trees
There is huge electricity cut in bangalore most apartments, companies spend so much money on generators, this issue has to be solved. May be request help from centre.
Traffic.. I guess traffic police work really hard and flyovers are getting constructed.. govt already doing alot I think. I would just come out with good solns and request people to follow. Car pooling, cycling, use of public transport more like metro and buses.
Request people of Bengaluru to support and do their part in making Bengaluru a better place.
