If I get 147/200 in ntse stage 1 Bihar 2019, will I be selected for stage 2?

no as this time paper was easy so cut off might be going 170 so u will not be selected for stage 2.

There is 80% of you getting selected (worst case) but most probably you will be selected.
Expected cutoff- 140
