If you are student of CBSE class 10th then it depends on nature subject Computer as if it is FIT (i. e. Additional subject) then it is uncountable while if it was skill based subject then its marks will be countable i. e. it will affect your percentage for rank.
if you are in CBSE class 12th, then top 5 subjects' marks(5 subject in which you score highest) will be countable.
