To calculate percentage: If you get 40 on 60, how much do you get on 100?

The way to do this is:

Out of 60 I got 40,

Out of 100, I get ???

So you go (100 x 40)/60 = 66.66

For your question doing it exactly the same way:

Out of 25 I get 20,

Out of 35, I get ???

(35 x 20)/25 = 28 ...
