if I have water and milk in two bowls, how can I add in a single drum in a way that I can differentiate as well without the help of any partition

If

volume of the drum is multiply of volumes of  bowls in which water and milk are already present

then

We just need to add the bowls of water and milk in the drum by counting with natural number easily to make the required mixer of milk and water

In this way you are not to need use fraction of volume of bowls or partitions of volume of bowls.

For example

If

you want to make the solution of water and milk in the ratio 3 to 4

then

you just need to add 3 bowls of water and 4 bowls of milk in drum

In above example you do not use the frictions or partitions of volume of bowls.
