if i stop electrons and move conducter instead does electricity still flow ?
what do you think about this frame of refrence ?!!

No, Electricity Are not flow if you stop electrons moving, Because Transfer of electron is responsible for current and you stoo it so it happend.

I don't think so the electricity will flow because movement of electrons are responsible for creating potential difference across a conductor .But maybe in future there will be some technology which will be more advanced so that we can create current without potential difference or any other innovation ..
