If I were a Prime minister of India what I will do to make my India clean

i will order some people to clean the places without shouting to other's when there cleaning gets over . i will give them a best salary for there work.i will put a strict rule which all the citizens of india must have to follow.i will and tell others to plant more trees,plants,herbs,shrubs everyday, our india should be a evergreen country and i will make india as a developed country like other country.....
