Option'c' is the correct answer. As we learnt that a pn junction is aone way device.As in this case if it is forward biased it offers zero resistance and if it is reversed biased it offers infinite resistance.
Diode will pass the current only when it is forward biased. Hence output will be obtained when voltage is positive that is it lies between 0 - 5 V.
