what abt helium or beryllium.. which will be the element X with 2 electron in its outermost shell
both have 2 electrons in their outermost cells , tgere must be another criteria for getting answer
when this type of question came...they give u......two elctron in outermost shell with one shell
or
two electron in outermost shell having two shells
so...in one shell u write ...helium
or
in two shell...u will write beryllium
