We know, length of the arc = radius × central angle

Let the radius of first circle be x and central angle be 'a' in radians and length of arc be L.

Let the radius of second circle be y and central angle be 'b' in radians and length of arc be M.

Accordingto statement

L = M

x × a = y × b

 \frac{x}{y}  =  \frac{b}{a}  \\  =  \frac{45}{30}  \\  =  \frac{3}{2}
