If india is democratic country than why we are categorise in different levels like Gen.OBC.ST,SC i belongs from Gen.means i get more marks to get jobs and other gets less is it equality .Thats why india is not developed ,Talented person become unemployed due to Quto system it is not fair.

no,it is fair but it is having advantages and disadvantages also . The people are divided into these sects because of the Aryans who came in India 1500years ago due to this the sc people or the minorities were suppressed by the Brahmans or higher class people .They suffered discrimination a lot and due to make them up heal and rise our constitution has granted certain opportunities for them so that none of the sect of our country could remain poor .
