If India was a monarchy ,instead of democracy, there would be no equality between people( maybe caste,religion,..problems) Responsible persons for nation would be decreased. Domination of particular monarch group may occur .  Long term policies can be conducted . No election. People won't question the king of the decision of king was wrong .
